Three of the 4 dolls purchased were in great shape, but one had a broken neck and ink marks on face not described in listing.

That is not true. If a buyer reads back, they will find my recent negatives are all from doll buyers. Other mediocre doll sellers often attack fellow sellers in this way. They aren’t skilled enough to do it honestly. I sell only the dolls I show in their listings. Look at the dolls listed. They are not broken.

I was very excited to receive this doll. I was very disappointed that her nail polish coated ears were conveniently hidden in the listing photos. I would’ve bought her anyway, but it seems a bit dishonest.

I’m not entirely sure what this is all about. I pride myself on integrity. I did not hide anything. If you look at the listing for one of the Chrissy, I reveal every problem I notice. Please start a return on that doll. I not only refund in full, I pay for full return.
