Purchased a guitar on the basis the seller would ship on the same day. Seller didn't ship on the same day. Seller hasn't shipped the next day. Cock and bull story about a failed collection but didn't provide any proof of collection delivery. Order cancelled and look at facing a 4 figure loss due to needing to find another guitar for a gig in time. I'll be shutting my eBay account due to the poor customer service and the seller sporadic correspondence.
