On arrival the laces were cut on both ends which wasn't show in photos or told on description. Seller acted as if she'd never seen this!!??? Strange,you'd only miss it if you were blind. Then offered a partial refund so i could buy more laces,great.... If the refund came,she told me she'd sent it twice?. I think we both knew she had no intention after a week of waiting. Very DISHONEST seller and full of BS. AVOID.
