Worst experience I-ve ever had on Ebay in 20+ years. I was sent a message asking which S23 I had, Seller sent the incorrect case regardless. I never seen the message until it arrived to me. When I recieved it, I tried to see if seller would exchange it for the correct one and offered to pay the return shipping. Ebay did not let him do this, so he was trying to get me to send him funds through Zelle app, which I did not feel comfortable doing. Now he has turned hostile over $9.00 on a $20 item.

Incorrect. He bought a case for S23+ & that's exactly what was sent, Ebay verified it in return photos. Tim doesn't read what he buys & expects innocent sellers to pay for his mistakes. I only asked him to Zelle me for shipping charges because he promised to pay for shipping costs incurred once I accept the return. Ebay wouldn't allow me to custom amount refund so I asked him to Zelle me the money he made me lose & in turn I'd sell him the s23 ultra case he actually needed for a huge discount.

New (BLACK) Otterbox Defender Series Case For iPhone 8 and 7 Plus

Fake otterboxes on eBay
Ordered what I thought was a real Otterbox. Turned out to be a cheap knock off. It had the logo and everything but when compared to a real Otterbox case from bestbuy you can tell why one was $60 and why one was $18. The quality is way better on the real ones. I am pissed. I want my money back
