This seller was terrible. They took forever to “ship” and 2 weeks later told me they had not yet shipped. Then they threatened to cancel my order if I didn’t close the case I had opened. Terrible seller, don’t order if you want your item within a year.

Love the bag. Some of the castle was bent a little and there was some marking on it which luckily came off. But shipping was a little steep for 2.5 weeks delivery time.
