Phone was not unlocked as listed. It was locked to T-Mobile, but somehow the OEM was able to be unlocked. The phone was modified in a very suspicious way. There was much more damage than described. The seller tried to dispute the return that eBay guaranteed, because HE put in the wrong return address in…twice. eBay still gave us our refund, of course. Do not recommend.

this all completely untrue. ebay did not issue the refund. i issued the refund. after receiving this item, the buyer inexplicably complained that it contained EXTRA accessories and wanted a refund. it was the most bizarre experience i've ever had on ebay. i issued the refund MYSELF.
