I have contacted this seller multiple times and not had a response. The bicycle arrived with a front fork which had been made far too small for the front wheel, meaning the bike is useless without having to replace the front fork mechanism. Still no response after well over a month.

The wheels was buckled and spokes loose after 2 days off riding the bike and the disc brakes kept coming lose and the cassette clapst and we emailed them but they said to go to a bike shop because the wheels needed checking regularly I hat to pay £104 for new front and rear wheels
