Does what it says it does
I bought this for three reasons. Small internal piles which were growing larger. Small perineal tear which never really healed and which soap and water always irritated. Anal itching which was worse in the hot weather and after meals. Within a few days of twice daily application I noticed a great difference. Now a few weeks later all the discomfort is gone, no itching, piles reduced to a pinhead on one side and undetectable on the other. No anal itching and perineum as good as new. This cream really does work. It's not cheap,but you need just a little and it goes a long way. My medicine chest will not be without it in the future.
