Excellent amp and recommended for any guitarist. A keeper!
I am reviewing the Rivera Sedona LITE. This is the lighter weight version that has most of the features of the Sedona 55.
Very clean amp that reacts well using peddles on the front end. Volume is progressional and has no noticeable spike areas.
Acoustic sound changes very noticeably with the type of acoustic pickup you use. I tried a Taylor 615 with an LR Baggs dual system, a John Kinnaid SJ with a Fishman M1 and a dreadnought with a DTAR pickup. The DTAR seemed to produce the closest acoustic sound. The others tended toward an electric sound but were very serviceable.
The amp is built like a tank and should last many years.

Excellent bang for the buck!
Very good entry level condenser for the serious Home Studio. High clarity and realistic response. One of the highest value microphones made. High resell value if you ever desire to trade up.

THD Univalve is a Best Buy!
For the money it would be hard to match this value in today's market. The Univalve gives you the opportunity to fine tune your sound through tube versatility and speaker matching. The Rock or Roll function also gives you two very different sounds.
You can go Fender smooth or Marshall growl with the proper combination of tube and speakers. There is almost no sound that cannot be created with this amp.
And if that was not enough, you get a power matched built in Attenuator from THD, makers of the highly regarded "Hot Plate".
After trying heavy Amps, I like the back saving process of putting the head into it's included gig bag with shoulder strap and carrying my Egnater 112 into a gig. Buy it! Now!!
