Item was in great shape, aside from missing a pin in the hotswap door. Easy fix, well worth the buy.

Great Value for the Money
I needed a good working phone.I used to have this same phone which I lost I decided to buy another.I had the docking station and didn't want to spend more money for all the other kinds of attachments when you buy a new/used phone. The battery life on this phone lasts better than the other phones I used to own. It works very well when talking to people and has great speakers to listen to music.
