Server came damaged. I got response in minutes on a US national holiday. Seller gave many options to remedy. Resolved within hour. A++++

Good Price & Fast shipping. Packaging could be a bit better as unit did sustain some damage. (Dent on rear handle that contacted internal riser card) Did not contact on issue and am satisfied with the purchase.

We're sorry to hear about that. Unfortunately, sometimes the courier mishandles packages which is beyond our control. The package was insured if you could send us photos of the shipping damage and the box we can open a FedEx claim. if there is anything you want us to do don't hesitate to get in touch with us, we can certainly find a solution.

Wow, the seller did a very good job. The server came quickly and on time, I'm very impressed that there is no damage internally. The server looks almost like new. The seller was also quick and responding, and was very respectful and helpful to me. I 110% recommend this seller to anyone for server needs or to even buy other things. I will most likely be buying from them again.
