One of the shelves I wanted wasn't available so was sent 2 of the same one with a free gift. How is something not available if it's posted? The items were flat and could have been shipped cheaper.

I am surprised over complaints of a free gift! A customer who wants something that isn't listed and blames the seller! How rude ! Sellers beware of customers like this!
