Firstly, never left a negative review after having the account over 10 years, never any issue that wasn’t resolved, purchased a MJ bag, arrived as new, good price, used daily for around 5 week, zip toggle fell off and top of zip come off, reported and was met with rude response, told it was a fashion bag and not industrial strength and I should have reported the issue soon as I received, even though I advise the issue has happened recently, steer clear, I’m dubious as to this being genuine.
