Seller stated the item was trying to be located in storage unit and after messaging for a month , I ultimately hade to ask eBay to step in for a refund. This was due to the fact that every time I constantly asked for an update , the seller promised to either locate it or not by a certain date. The numerous promises were never kept but rather telling me a straight answer, seller would just continue to promise to locate by certain date to no avail.

Could not locate the item in storage. Refund given. 1/15,000 items sold that we have ever not been able to locate in our stock. Explained to the buyer and full refund given. Apologies sent to the buyer.
