Horrible purchasing experience where I was made to feel like a villain! An out of box failure with the watch was reported within a day but the extremely condescending, unhelpful and rude owner was so combative and unable to see basic rationale and descency that I opened a dispute with Ebay. They sorted it all out and I got my money back. Nice job Ebay and that's customer service, something which watchnation really need to take a long hard look at. I will never buy from them again
