Good morning, we can only apologies for the lack of communication and the fact you did not receive your item. We have been locked out of our eBay for the 4 past weeks for reasons still unknown. We have been unable to access our eBay, sales or messages. As you can see, this is completely out of character for us, are you can see we have been selling on eBay for years and previously have 100% positive feedback. Despite supposed to be arriving 29/30 Sept which is now a week ago not only have the gloves not arrived but despite having sent an email to the seller 5 days ago asking when they're likely to arrive haven't even had the courtesy of a reply. Crass customer service.

Item was not sent. No communication to several messages. Had to get eBay to refund me. I suspect something has happened to this seller that is preventing them from selling presently, as they have had 100% positive feedback for years since recently.
