I sent my ECM to this company for a repair and I sent ups and along with that I sent a message to them stating it was mailed and it should be or should have arrived. The response from the person who answered the phone was rude and said it doesn't appear to be here. We have over a hundred on the dock and when we get to them might take 7-10 days. There ad says fast turnaround returned with in 24 hrs. I don't know about them but I need a car and the inconvenience there giving me is unexceptable.

The only thing I can tell you is that the module I sent them was checked and there was nothing wrong with it, so they returned it to me and my car continued to have the same faults, then I bought another module and they programmed it to my car and the problem was solved. There I leave the criticism to you.
